At On Court Rehab, we stand behind our products with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll refund you — no hassle.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. If the product isn't working for you, simply return it and we'll refund the full purchase price.

To start a return, contact us at Info@oncourtrehab.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions on where to send your item. Please include proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@oncourtrehab.com with photos of the issue. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (following the process above) and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and clearance items marked final sale are not eligible for return. All other products are covered by our 30-day money back guarantee, even if you've used them.

Australian Customers

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
